Beta users

A beta user can make clips, browse their matches and choose music. They reach no operator page. Letting somebody in gives them the standard allowance, and the number beside each account is what they actually get per rolling 24 hours.

Profile URLs are fine and so is a whole list pasted at once. A /id/ vanity URL is not: it is not an id, and resolving one means asking Steam, which this server never does.
